Fly a Flag for Cleveland in Support of Public Art!

Throughout 2021 to honor our 10th anniversary, LAND is partnering with some of Cleveland's most talented artists to highlight art in unexpected places. Our second item is a flag designed by Cleveland-native, artist & designer Terran Washington. The image is a collage of the shapes made by the borders of each neighborhood; from Riverside to Collinwood, Tremont to Buckeye, and everywhere in between.

For 10 years LAND studio has developed public spaces, presented the community with vibrant public art, and provided countless hours of summer programmimg at city park's for Cleveland families. Now it's time to celebrate!

All items will be available for a limited time, in a limited quantity. Flags are indoor/outdoor, thick, two-ply polyester; and, are machine washable.

Terran Washington is originally from Cleveland, now living in Austin, Texas. Terran is an artist as well as an experienced designer and illustrator, with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Terran graduated from Kent State University.

In 2021, LAND studio celebrates its 10th anniversary of serving the Cleveland community as a catalyst for civic space development projects and public art installations all across the city and its neighborhoods. Since 2011, LAND has breathed new life into downtown’s most beloved public spaces – Perk Park (2012), the redesigned Public Square (2016), and presented some of the communities most talked about public art.
