LAND studio is a catalyst, convener, and collaborator. For more than thirty years, we have managed a wide range of public art installations, cultural programming, and civic space development projects across the city of Cleveland. 

LAND seeks to better reflect Cleveland’s diverse neighborhoods in our work by:

• Fostering authentic community engagement and trust by inviting meaningful participation in the development and stewardship of public spaces,

• Creating and maintaining equitable opportunities for artists and designers by removing barriers to participation that exist because of race, ethnicity, gender, age, ability, or the community in which they live,

• Building a diverse staff, board, and network of collaborators, and

• Establishing an organizational culture of inclusion through nurturing an environment where everyone is valued.

We acknowledge that this is an ongoing and evolving process and we are committed to continual reflection, understanding, and action.
