Join our Team

LAND studio creates places and connects people through public art, sustainable building and design, collaborative planning, and dynamic programming. For more than 40 years, we’ve worked alongside Cleveland communities, artists, designers, civic partners, and funders to turn ambitious ideas into public spaces that reflect the people and places they serve.

As LAND enters its next chapter, we’re growing our team and strengthening how we plan, manage, and deliver our work. We’re looking for colleagues who bring rigor and creativity, listen deeply, work across disciplines, and believe the people most connected to a place should help shape its future.
