Public Spaces that Reflect Us Connect Us

LAND studio condemns and abhors violence and
harassment against people of color.

We stand with those who are using the public realm to speak out against injustice and racism. At their best, accessible public spaces connect people of all backgrounds, bring joy, allow for the sharing of ideas, and become places for people to demonstrate their power through protest and to articulate their visions for the future. Public space is where democracy happens.

LAND studio believes in the power of public space to transform and unite. Creating places that are inclusive and represent the aspirations of the communities where they exist are at the core of our mission. We work with artists, designers, organizations, and residents to create projects that inspire and bring about change for the greater social good.

Accessible, public spaces are not merely nice to have. They are essential to healthy urban communities and a functioning democracy. LAND studio is committed to doing our part in creating public spaces in Cleveland where all people feel welcome, safe, and equally valued.
