Located at East 12th Street and Chester Avenue in Downtown Cleveland, Perk Park exemplifies the movement to improve the city's public space. LAND studio led a multi-year effort to design, plan, fund raise for, build, program, and maintain the rejuvenated park. The result is an open, inviting space that features a grand lawn, an eye-catching red trellis, a forest of light wands, and poetry etched in the pavement.
