LANDFORM brings public art to Public Square, the Malls, and other Downtown public spaces. The program began in 2016 and continues today as a series of projects of varied scale and media.

LANDFORM features local, regional, and international artists. Projects include temporary installations on the lawn of Public Square, a rotating Art Wall, a permanent installation on the northeast hill of Public Square, and temporary projects in the Eastman Reading Garden in collaboration with the Cleveland Public Library. The program is made possible through a generous grant from the Char and Chuck Fowler Family Foundation.
