In this workshop, you will gain soil health knowledge, herb gardening skills, herbal wellness knowledge, and more.
In this workshop, you will gain:
Soil Health Knowledge - Participants will learn the basics of soil health, its impact on plant growth, and how it parallels personal health, as well as practical knowledge on testing soil and creating simple compost.
Herb Gardening Skills - Participants will leave with the skills to plant, care for, and use common medicinal herbs, fostering self-reliance.
Herbal Wellness Knowledge - Attendees will understand the basic medicinal properties of the herbs they plant and how to incorporate them into simple wellness practices (e.g., teas, tinctures).
Increased Engagement with Nature - By connecting with plants that support wellness, participants are more likely to engage with gardening as a form of personal care.
