Gregory Peckham

As the Executive Director, Greg leads LAND studio’s organizational direction and sets its programmatic focus and priorities, identifying and selecting projects and opportunities that support LAND studio’s vision and mission. He also serves as the frontline staff leader for the organization, managing project teams and setting the pace for LAND studio’s public space agenda. Through this work he maintains a strong commitment to citizen participation in urban planning efforts. A few of Greg’s interests include urban policy focused on arts & culture, infrastructure, and community development.

Nora Romanoff

Associate Director | Send Message

Nora, LAND studio’s Associate Director, oversees projects such as The Group Plan Commission, the partnership with Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, downtown and neighborhood development agenda, park and greenspace planning, all projects associated with Positively Cleveland’s Curb Appeal, and the redesign of Public Square, among others. She is dedicated to reinvigorating neighborhoods and Cleveland’s downtown by developing and expanding the use of public spaces. Her personal interests and professional work is motivated by her love of the City of Cleveland.

Nancy Boylan

Nancy is a Project Director as well as LAND studio’s Manager of Operations.  In addition to the ever-changing projects she is involved with, you can still find her getting her hands dirty with all of LAND studio’s beautification efforts including City Side Gardens, East 4th Street, and the Euclid Planters. Prior to the emergence of LAND studio, Nancy was a Third Grade and Physical Education teacher at Our Lady of Good Counsel School in Cleveland.

Tiffany Graham

As Senior Project Director, Tiffany oversees projects related to the City of Cleveland’s Percent for Art Program, other public art projects, community engagement activities, public art master planning processes, and public space improvements within the City. A Lakewood resident, Tiffany also serves as a trustee for Lakewood Public Library.

Erin Guido

Erin’s focus as a Project Manager is on art and urban design related projects. Her recent projects include the Westin Cleveland local art project, AHA! Light Festival, the City of Kent/Kent University Public Art Master Plan, the Bike Rack in the Gateway District, and public art for the Little Italy-University Circle RTA Station. Erin has a background in urban planning and printmaking and enjoys making artwork with lots of happy shapes and colors.

Megan Jones

As the Marketing + Communications Director, Megan focuses on LAND studio’s exposure to new audiences, messaging, and building relationships with public space advocates. Luckily, LAND studio has a team of talented graphic designers and social media experts to help her navigate the ever-growing world of marketing technologies. When Megan’s not updating the website or preparing the next LAND studio presentation you might find her taste-testing every ice cream flavor that Cleveland has to offer.

Joe Lanzilotta

Joe, a Project Manager, works on several art focused projects including the AHA! Light Festival, Bike Boxes, the 3rd District Police Station public art, and Park Mobile. He is one of the in-house graphic design experts helping to make LAND studio collateral material look awesome. In his spare time, Joe operates BUCKBUCK studio, a live/work studio and gallery in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood. Joe also enjoys thoughtful public interventions, printmaking, cartoons, physics and good public transportation.

Deanna Palermo

Deanna, the Director of Development, is responsible for managing LAND studio’s relationships with local and national foundations to raise money for the organization’s general operating fund and special projects. She is also the staff contact for the Fundraising Committee of LAND studio’s board. Deanna is proud to be a part of an organization that works to develop walkable urban neighborhoods like University Circle where she currently resides.

Kelly Peecook

Accounting + Development Assistant Manager | Send Message

Kelly is the Accounting & Development Assistant Manager for LAND studio. She is responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll entry, and development donation entries. She also supports all the day to day general office duties. Currently, Kelly resides in Cleveland.

Elizabeth Place

Accounting and Administration Manager | Send Message

Elizabeth is the Accounting & Administration Manager for LAND studio. She is responsible for financial and administrative management, focusing on accounting, human resources, and information technology assistance. In her free time, she enjoys going to Cleveland Indians games, loves to travel and is an avid reader.

Vince Reddy, AICP

Project Manager | Send Message

Vince, Project Manager, works on projects in various neighborhoods, many of them under the auspices of the City of Cleveland’s Public Art Program, and sometimes on projects beyond the city’s borders. He is interested in the ways artists and artworks can enhance and transform the public realm. An avid animal lover, he is one of Daisy the office dog’s favorite daytime companions.

Sarah Siebert

As a Project Manager, Sarah enjoys ushering high quality public art into Cleveland through projects like the Innerbelt Bridge and Eastman Reading Garden.  She also works with Cleveland Public Library to convene notable guests around topics related to arts and culture as part of the Lockwood Thompson Dialogues and manages Park Programming, a neighborhood park programming series that engages thousands of youth and families each year in dynamic art activities and performances. Sarah is pleased to work with top-notch artists to produce world class public art and programming.

Gina Love Slade

Gina is LAND studio’s Office Manager, primarily responsible for all meeting scheduling for LAND studio’s leadership team. In addition, she oversees all the day-to-day general office duties and supports in development department tasks. Gina keeps LAND studio running smoothly and is an expert lunch planner. Prior to working for LAND studio, Gina worked at Nationwide Advertising as a Traffic Assistant.

Joel Wimbiscus, LEED AP

As Project Manager, Joel coordinates LAND studio’s work on the Red Line Greenway and Lake Link trails. He also organizes neighborhood-based projects as part of LAND studio’s partnership with Cleveland Neighborhood Progress’ Strategic Investment Initiative. Joel managed the implementation of the City’s first Design-Build project: Perk Park. Currently, he organizes the design processes for multiple projects including the Bike Box program and the City of Cleveland’s Crooked River Skate Park. Joel resides with his family in Ohio City and has served on Ohio City, Inc.’s Board of Trustees since 2007.

Rita Tersigni Grabowski

As a self-employed, Certified Public Accountant, Rita works with various small not-for-profit organizations and is responsible for the development and execution of the finance and accounting departments. Additionally, Rita provides input in the development of policy and procedures relating to administration, benefits and human resources. She is also a devoted wife and basketball, baseball and golf mom.

David Wilson

David is a Project Manager for LAND studio. His work focuses on civic landscape and urban design projects as well as public art and greenspace projects in Buckeye and Mt. Pleasant through the Saint Luke’s Foundation. David’s training and passion in Landscape Architecture is centered on fostering relationships in urban communities through sustainable and inclusive design. As a Cleveland transplant, he loves all the amazing activities and natural assets that Northeast Ohio has to offer and stays in shape by biking to work and chasing after his two rambunctious children.

Tara Turner

Filling the newly created role of Senior Director of Development + Communications, Tara Turner will guide the strategy and implementation of the organization’s renewed focus on a culture of philanthropy, including its fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts. Tara brings nearly three decades of experience in fundraising and marketing to LAND Studio, having had the pleasure of working to raise critical dollars and awareness for some of Northeast Ohio’s greatest non-profits, including The Cleveland Zoological Society, The Greater Cleveland Food Bank, and Ideastream. Most recently Tara served as Interim Chief Advancement Officer at Holden Forests & Gardens. Tara is a born-n-raised westsider living in an eastside world, with her daughter, a cat, and a French bulldog that definitely wears the pants in the family.

Rachel Bednarski

Rachel is a project development and marketing intern at LAND studio. With a degree in Arts Management from The Ohio State University, she is knowledgeable about how arts non-profits function. Originally from Rocky River, Rachel has previously interned at Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present and Future, and helped organize a mental health benefit concert called LOUD: Mind & Music. She is driven by her love for Cleveland, and hopes to continue improving the city through her work.

Alyssa Miller

Alyssa is a design intern assisting with projects in various neighborhoods to help make Cleveland even better. She has been studying Graphic Design at Cleveland State University and will be graduating in December. When she’s not in the office, Alyssa is engaged with various events around the city, always trying to experience something new.

Karis Tzeng

As a Keithley Fellow at LAND, Karis is excited to work on projects with the Children’s Museum, MetroHealth, and in Midtown and Gordon Square. Karis is in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program at the University of Michigan. She grew up on the West Side before moving to Philadelphia, where she attended college and worked in community development and education. In her free time, you can find her browsing coffee shops and bookstores or attempting to keep her plants alive.

McKenzie Merriman

Born and raised on the near west side of Cleveland, McKenzie has worked with organizations such as SPACES, Near West Theater, The Beck Center for the Arts, and Gordon Square Arts District, in addition to her work with LAND studio, to support vibrant and intentional art programs in our neighborhoods and parks. McKenzie also spends her time creating collages, wearing masks and taking long walks to the beach.

Joi Carter

Joi is from Maple Heights, Ohio and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. She received her BS in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in Marketing and Art. She is co-managing a LAND studio public art project titled Inner City Hues. She created a dynamic website www.innercityhues.org to highlight the purpose of the project and showcase the positive imagery being created in our communities. Joi also assists with social media marketing, programing and community engagement. When not in the office, you can find her painting, reading and watching documentaries.

Sara O'Brien

Event Planning Intern | Send Message

Sara is an event planning intern assisting with all aspects of event planning (both big and small events).  She is in between schools right now, having previously attended Savannah College of Art and Design, and now making her way to West Virginia University with the hopes of minoring in event planning. When she is not at LAND she enjoys riding her horse Aspen and spending time with her friends and family.
