Connecting to Our Waterfront
The investments taking place on both sides of the Cuyahoga River, downtown, and in near west side neighborhoods present an opportunity to achieve the community’s desire for public access to the river and lake. LAND studio has been an active leader in helping connect our downtown, neighborhoods, and waterfronts.
Over the course of 2014, LAND studio will be involved in a broad spectrum of projects in these areas, including a mixture of long-term projects and short term deliverables, affecting some of the most important development planning projects in our city and region. Our involvement in these endeavors creates opportunities to identify the intersections between projects and key partners. Work on these projects allows us to explore ways to leverage existing dollars and determine how those dollars are spent.
