CLEVELAND, Ohio - The proposed 17-acre park at Irishtown Bend, now a weed-choked eyesore on the west bank of the Cuyahoga River opposite downtown, could feature a zip line, “boulder scramble,” a stage, picnic pavilion, and farm terraces.
